കേരളത്തിലെ സാമ്പത്തികമായി പിന്നോക്കം നിൽക്കുന്ന സ്ത്രീകൾക്കായി സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാർ 'സ്ത്രീ സുരക്ഷാ പദ്ധതി' എന്ന പേരിൽ ഒരു പുതിയ സാമ്പത്തിക സഹായ പദ്ധതി അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു. ഈ പദ്ധതി പ്രകാരം അർഹരായ ഗുണഭോക്താക്കൾക്ക് പ്രതിമാസം 1000 രൂപ ധനസഹായം ലഭിക്കും.

നിലവിൽ അപേക്ഷകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നില്ല. അപേക്ഷ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് അറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

മാതൃകാ പെരുമാറ്റച്ചട്ടം നിലവിൽ വന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ, ധനവകുപ്പ് പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച സ.ഉ (അച്ചടി) നം. 142/2025/ധന ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം, സ്ത്രീ സുരക്ഷാ പദ്ധതിയുടെ ധനസഹായത്തിനായുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ മാതൃകാ പെരുമാറ്റച്ചട്ടത്തിന്റെ പരിധിയിൽ വരുന്നതിനാൽ താൽക്കാലികമായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. അപേക്ഷ സ്വീകരണം പിന്നീട് പുനരാരംഭിക്കും.

പ്രതിമാസം 1000 രൂപ ലഭിക്കുന്ന സ്ത്രീ സുരക്ഷാ പെൻഷൻ പദ്ധതി, 35 മുതൽ 60 വയസ്സ് വരെയുള്ള സ്ത്രീകൾക്കായി സർക്കാർ ഒരുക്കുന്നു. ഈ പദ്ധതിയുടെ യോഗ്യതാ മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിക്കൊണ്ട് സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാർ ഒരു പുതിയ ഉത്തരവ് പുറത്തിറക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.

ആർക്കെല്ലാമാണ് അർഹത? (പൊതു മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങൾ)

ഈ പദ്ധതിയുടെ ഗുണഭോക്താവാകാൻ താഴെ പറയുന്ന മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങൾ പാലിക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ട്:

• പ്രായപരിധി: 35 നും 60 നും ഇടയിൽ പ്രായമുള്ള സ്ത്രീകളായിരിക്കണം.

• ട്രാൻസ് വുമൺ: ട്രാൻസ് വുമൺ വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ടവർക്കും ഈ ആനുകൂല്യത്തിന് അർഹതയുണ്ട്.

• റേഷൻ കാർഡ്: അപേക്ഷകർ അന്ത്യോദയ അന്നയോജന (AAY - മഞ്ഞ കാർഡ്) അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മുൻഗണനാ വിഭാഗത്തിൽ (PHH - പിങ്ക് കാർഡ്) ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന റേഷൻ കാർഡ് ഉള്ളവരായിരിക്കണം.

• റേഷൻ കാർഡ് മാറ്റം: നിലവിൽ മഞ്ഞ (AAY) അല്ലെങ്കിൽ പിങ്ക് (PHH) കാർഡ് ഉള്ളവർ, പിന്നീട് അത് നീലയോ വെള്ളയോ ആയി തരം മാറ്റപ്പെട്ടാൽ ആനുകൂല്യത്തിനുള്ള അർഹത ഇല്ലാതാകും.

• പ്രായപരിധി: ഗുണഭോക്താവ് 60 വയസ്സ് എന്ന പ്രായപരിധി കടക്കുന്ന ദിവസം മുതൽ ആനുകൂല്യത്തിന് അർഹത ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

1. എവിടെ അപേക്ഷിക്കണം? അർഹരായ ഗുണഭോക്താക്കൾ അതാത് തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലെ (പഞ്ചായത്ത്/മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റി/കോർപ്പറേഷൻ) സെക്രട്ടറിമാർക്കാണ് അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടത്.

2. അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം നൽകേണ്ട വിവരങ്ങൾ: അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ഗുണഭോക്താവിന്റെ ബാങ്ക് അക്കൗണ്ട് നമ്പർ, IFSC കോഡ്, ആധാർ വിവരങ്ങൾ എന്നിവ നിർബന്ധമായും നൽകണം.

Application for Transfer of Existing Ration Card to Priority Household (BPL) Category in Kerala

Ration Card Priority Category Application

Individuals holding non-priority ration cards (NPS - Blue, NPNS - White) who do not fall under the exclusion criteria are invited to apply online for a transfer to the Priority Household (PHH - Pink) category. Applications can be submitted through the Citizen Login Portal from 11:00 AM on November 17, 2025, to 5:00 PM on December 16, 2025.

Online applications for converting general category ration cards (White, Blue) to the priority category (Pink card) are now open. Applications must be submitted through the Citizen Portal on the Civil Supplies Department website. Applicants are required to provide all necessary information along with relevant documents.

Eligibility and Disqualification Criteria

Disqualification Criteria: Applicants with the following conditions are not eligible for a priority ration card:

• Ownership of a house exceeding 1000 square feet in area.
• Ownership of more than one acre of land.
• Being an employee of government, semi-government, public sector, or cooperative institutions.
• Being a service pensioner (excluding part-time employees, temporary employees, Class IV pensioners, those receiving less than Rs. 5000 pension, and freedom fighter pensioners receiving less than Rs. 10000).
• Being an income tax payer.
• Family's monthly income exceeding Rs. 25,000.
• Ownership of a four-wheeled vehicle (excluding a taxi used as the sole means of livelihood).
• Any family member having a monthly income exceeding Rs. 25,000 from foreign employment or private sector jobs.

Automatic Priority Categories: Families not subject to the above disqualifications may be eligible for priority status without a points-based assessment if they belong to the following categories:

• Destitute female-headed households (widowed, unmarried, divorced), provided there are no adult male members on the card.

Beyond these categories, priority status will be granted based on a points system.

Required Documents for Application

Applicants for a priority ration card should prepare the following certificates and documents:

• Income Certificate.
• Certificate from the Panchayat/Municipal Secretary proving house square footage. If residing in a rented house, a notarized rental agreement (on Rs. 200 stamp paper with 2 witness signatures) or other proof of tenancy.
• Certificate from the Panchayat Secretary stating inclusion in the 2009 BPL list or eligibility for inclusion in the priority category.
• Medical certificate for serious illnesses or disability certificate, if applicable.
• Certificate of house allotment if received through a government housing scheme.
• Non-remarriage certificate from the Village Officer for destitute widows who are heads of households (without adult male members aged 21 or above). Include current pension documents if applicable.
• Certificate from the Village Officer confirming lack of own land or house, if applicable.
• Certificate from the Panchayat/Municipal Secretary confirming lack of own house, if applicable.
• Copy of the latest tax receipt.
• Caste Certificate issued by Tahsildar for Scheduled Caste/Tribe applicants.
• Certificate from the Grama Panchayat CDS Chairperson for Aashraya beneficiaries.
• Proof of traditional occupation from relevant authorities, if applicable.

Applicants must ensure that all aforementioned documents are submitted along with the application. It is also important to regularly monitor phone messages regarding the application status.

Applications with deficiencies, if returned, must be resubmitted by the specified date. Therefore, it is advisable to submit the application as early as possible.

The District Supply Officer has announced that applications for inclusion in the priority category will not be accepted at the District Collectorate, District Supply Office, or Taluk Supply Office directly. All applications must be submitted online.

Scoring Factors for Priority Status

The following factors will be considered for a points-based assessment for priority status:

• Inclusion in the 2009 BPL survey list or a certificate from the Panchayat Secretary confirming eligibility for a BPL card.
• Presence of heart disease within the family.
• Presence of senior citizens in the household.
• Employment status.
• Scheduled Caste status.
• Lack of own house or land.
• Condition of the house.

Educational Qualification

Scholarship Details

The deadline to apply for the Vidhyasamunnathi Scholarship and Competitive Exam Assistance has been extended to November 15.

The Forward Communities Welfare Corporation has invited applications for the 'Vidyasamunnathi' Merit Scholarship, which provides financial assistance to students from economically disadvantaged families in forward communities. Scholarships are available for High School, Higher Secondary, Diploma/Certificate Courses, Graduation, Post-Graduation, CA/CMA/CS, and Research programs. Applications are also open for the Coaching Assistance scheme, which provides financial aid for competitive exam training. Applications must be submitted online.

The Samunnathi Scholarship is an initiative of the Kerala State Welfare Corporation for Forwarding Communities Limited (KSWCFC). KSWCFC has released the notification for the online registration of this scholarship. KSWCFC introduced this scholarship for financially backward students in forwarding communities. The Samunnathi Scholarship is from high school level to scholarship for post graduate students.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must belong to the non-reservation categories in Kerala State.
• Only those studying in government/aided institutions in Kerala can apply.
• Applicants must register compulsorily only once on the website and apply for the scholarship after creating a profile using the User Name & Password received on the registered mobile number. Those who registered in the previous year must log in using that User Name & Password and submit the scholarship application.
• A separate application must be submitted each year. Applications submitted in previous years for financial assistance for the year under consideration will not be considered.
• The applicant's family annual income from all sources should not exceed four lakhs (4,00,000/-) rupees.
• The family annual income certificate must be in the name of a member of the ration card including the applicants (applicant/father/mother/guardian). (Individual annual income certificates will not be accepted).
• Copies of pages 1 and 2 of the ration card including the applicants must be uploaded with the application.
• Applications must be submitted online. When submitting the application online, the documents required for each scheme must be scanned and sent along with the application.
• Since there is no scholarship renewal, those who received scholarships in previous years must also apply again.
• Students applying for the scholarship must have an active/valid account in any branch of Nationalized/Scheduled Banks.
• Scholarship amount is distributed to beneficiaries based on priority for those with lower income limits and in accordance with the availability of funds.
• Financial assistance will be provided only to the active bank account mentioned in the application and in the name of the applicant students. The applicants alone will be responsible for any miscredit due to errors in recording the bank account number/the bank accounts provided are inactive/invalid.
• Even minor errors in the online application can lead to rejection of the application, so the application submission process must be completed with utmost care. Only certificates submitted in the format available on the website will be accepted.
• Applications with false information, unclear documents uploaded, and incomplete applications will be rejected. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted.
• Students receiving other scholarships/stipends from the Central/State Governments other than e-grants are not eligible to apply for this scholarship. If it is found that false information has been recorded in this regard, the amount available under the scholarship must be repaid with 12% compound interest. That student will then be ineligible to apply for the scholarship.
• Make sure that all the information (including documents) as per the guidelines is available before submitting the online application.
• Those who submit the online application do not need to send copies of the application and documents to the Kerala State Forward Communities Welfare Corporation by post.
• The Corporation's decision regarding the awarding of the scholarship is final. Appeals regarding this will not be accepted.

പ്രവാസി കേരളീയരുടെയും തിരികെയെത്തിയ പ്രവാസികളുടെയും മക്കൾക്ക് ഉന്നത വിദ്യാഭ്യാസത്തിന് ധനസഹായം നൽകുന്ന നോർക്ക-റൂട്ട്സ് ഡയറക്ടേഴ്സ് സ്കോളർഷിപ്പിലേയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷ ക്ഷണിച്ചു. രണ്ട് വർഷത്തിലധികമായി വിദേശ രാജ്യത്ത് ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന, വാർഷിക വരുമാനം മൂന്നു ലക്ഷം രൂപ വരെയുളള പ്രവാസികേരളീയരുടെയും മുന്‍ പ്രവാസികളുടേയും മക്കള്‍ക്കാണ് അപേക്ഷിക്കാന്‍ കഴിയുക. ബിരുദാനന്തര ബിരുദ കോഴ്‌സുകൾക്കും പ്രൊഫഷണൽ ഡിഗ്രി കോഴ്‌സുകൾക്കും 2025-26 അധ്യയന വർഷത്തിലെ ഒന്നാം വര്‍ഷ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്കാണ് സ്കോളര്‍ഷിപ്പിന് അര്‍ഹത. താല്‍പര്യമുളളവര്‍ 2025 നവംബര്‍ 30 നകം അപേക്ഷ നല്‍കേണ്ടതാണ്. നോര്‍ക്ക വെബ്ബ്സൈറ്റോ, നോര്‍ക്ക സ്കോളര്‍ഷിപ്പ് പോര്‍ട്ടലോ സന്ദർശിച്ച് ഓണ്‍ലൈനായി മാത്രമേ അപേക്ഷ നല്‍കാനാകൂ.

• ഒരു പ്രവാസിയുടെ രണ്ടു കുട്ടികൾക്ക് വരെ ഈ പദ്ധതിയിൻ കീഴിൽ സ്കോളർഷിപ്പ് നൽകുന്നതാണ്

• ഈ പദ്ധതിയുടെ അനൂകൂല്യം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അധികാരപരിധിയിൽപെടുന്നത് പ്രൊഫഷണൽ ബിരുദത്തിനും ബിരുദാനന്തര തലത്തിലും നിർദിഷ്ട കോഴ്സുകളിൽ ആദ്യ വർഷം പഠിക്കുന്ന തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്ക പ്പെടുന്ന അപേക്ഷകരാണ് .തൊഴിൽ മേഖലകളിലുള്ള അപേക്ഷകർ ഈ പദ്ധതിയുടെ പരിധിയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതല്ല
• പഠിക്കുന്ന കോഴ്സിനുവേണ്ട യോഗ്യത പരീക്ഷയിൽ (യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി /ബോർഡ് പരീക്ഷയിൽ )ലഭിക്കുന്ന മാർക്കിൻറെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് സ്കോളർഷിപ്പ് നൽകുക.
• പഠിക്കുന്ന കോഴ്സിനുവേണ്ട നിശ്ചിത യോഗ്യത പരീക്ഷയിൽ കുറഞ്ഞത് 60 ശതമാനം മാർക്ക് കരസ്ഥമാക്കിയവർക്കായിരിക്കും സ്കോളർഷിപ്പിന് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അർഹത.
• കേരളത്തിലെ സർവ്വകലാശാലകൾ അംഗീകരിച്ച കോഴ്സുകൾക്കും അംഗീകൃത വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ റെഗുലർ കോഴ്സുകൾക്ക് പഠിക്കുന്നവർക്കുമായിരിക്കും സ്കോളർഷിപ്പ് നൽകുന്നത്.
• ഒരാൾക്ക് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസകാലത്ത് ഒരു പ്രാവശ്യം മാത്രമേ സ്കോളർഷിപ്പിന് അർഹതയുണ്ടായിരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ
