Canara Bank has invited applications for 3,500 apprentice vacancies across India. Interested and eligible candidates can apply by October 12 through the official website. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted. Therefore, applicants must first register on the Apprenticeship Portal with a 100% complete profile.
The age limit for applicants is between 20 and 28 years (as of September 01, 2025). Age relaxations are applicable for SC / ST, OBC, Persons with Disabilities, Widows, and other categories as per government rules. The application fee is Rs. 500 for General / OBC / EWS categories.
No application fee is charged from SC / ST / Persons with Disabilities. Application fees will only be accepted through online mode.
1534 vacancies are reported in the General category. The number of vacancies is 845 in the OBC category, 337 in the EWS category, 557 in the SC category and 227 in the ST category.
Graduates in any subject from a recognized university can apply for this post. Candidates must have passed between January 01, 2022 and September 01, 2025. Applicants must have knowledge of the local language exam. Selected candidates must have medical fitness according to Canara Bank requirements.
Selected candidates will get a stipend of Rs 15,000 per month during the apprenticeship training period. Apprentices are not entitled to other allowances. Canara Bank will pay Rs 10,500 per month to the Apprentices account. As per the existing guidelines, the government share of Rs 4500 of the stipend will be credited directly to the apprentices bank account.
