Documents to Submit During Plus One Admission
General Documents
When heading for your Plus One admission, remember to carry these essential documents:
- Allotment Letter (two pages)
- SSLC Certificate Copy / Result Print / CBSE Result Page
- Transfer Certificate (TC) (Original)
- Conduct Certificate (Original)
- Aadhar Card (Copy)
- Ration Card (Original & 1 Copy) or Nativity Certificate (if admitted to a school in your own Panchayat/Taluk)
Caste and Income-Related Documents
Depending on your category, you might need these:
- SSLC Certificate (sufficient for proving caste in most cases)
- Caste Certificate from the Village Office (if claiming a caste different from what's on the SSLC or if you are an OEC student)
- Required Fees (Fee concessions are available for certain categories. See details below)
- Income & Assets Certificate (Original) from the Village Office (for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) in the forward caste)
Special Category Documents
If applicable, have these ready:
- Disability Certificate (only for students with 40% or more disability)
- Service Certificate of the Jawan (if dependent on Jawan or personnel of Army, Navy, Airforce)
- Certificate from Sainik Welfare Board (if the Jawan is retired)
- Certificates for Extra-Curricular Activities (in the format of Appendix-4)
- Original documents to prove bonus points claimed in the application

- NCC (75% attendance required)
- Scouts & Guides Puraskar
- LSS Exam qualified students - Certificate from AEO / LSS Certificate
- USS Exam qualified students - Certificate from Pareeksha Bhavan
- NMMS Exam qualified students - Result page
- SPC students - SPC Project Kerala certificate
- Certificates for JRC, Little Kites, Sports, School Kalolsavam (if applicable)
