The final rank list and first allotment list for the 2025-26 academic year's Polytechnic Diploma admission have been published.
The final rank list and the first allotment list for the 2025-26 academic year's Polytechnic Diploma admission will be published on June 25th. Applicants can check their allotment and final rank by entering their application number, registration number, or mobile number, along with their date of birth, through the 'Check your allotment' and 'Check your Rank' links.
Applicants who receive their first option must appear at the college to which they are allotted with the original certificates mentioned in the application and pay the fees to secure admission. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the allotment and exclusion from subsequent allotments. However, they can participate in counseling/spot admission after the allotment. Applicants who are satisfied with their current allotment, even if it is not their first option, can appear at the allotted college with the original certificates mentioned in the application and pay the fees to secure admission.
Applicants who wish to retain their current allotment but want to be considered for higher options must appear at any Government/Aided/IHRD/CAPE Polytechnic with their original certificates (the certificates will be returned) for verification and registration. Such applicants must take admission in the second allotment; otherwise, the allotment will be canceled. Those who are not interested in the current allotment and are only considering higher options do not need to take any action at this time. They will lose their current allotment. Allotted candidates can rearrange or cancel their existing options through the PARTIAL CANCELLATION/RE-ARRANGEMENT OF OPTIONS link on the admission portal. Those interested in taking admission or registering must complete the process before 4 PM on June 30th. Candidates who have received allotment can rearrange their higher options online.
