AIIMS RECRUITMENT
Nursing Officer Recruitment (NORCET) 9
The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has announced the Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET) 9 for the recruitment of Nursing Officers in AIIMS and other central institutions. A total of 3,500 vacancies are available. The recruitment will be conducted in two phases. The Preliminary examination will be held on September 14, and the Main examination will be held on September 27.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess a B.Sc. (Honours) Nursing/B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council recognized Institute/University, or a B.Sc. (Post-Certificate)/Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council recognized Institute/University. They must also be registered as Nurses and Midwives with the State/Indian Nursing Council.
Alternatively, candidates may hold a Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from an Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council recognized Institute/Board or Council, and be registered as Nurses and Midwives with the State/Indian Nursing Council. They must also have a minimum of 02 years of experience in a hospital with at least 50 beds. The age limit is 18-30 years as of 11-08-2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
