Pharmacy First Phase Allotment, Architecture Third Phase Allotment & Engineering Stray Vacancy Allotment Announced
The first phase allotment for Pharmacy courses, third phase allotment for Architecture courses, and stray vacancy centralized allotment for Engineering courses for 2025 have been published on the official website. Students who have received an allotment in this phase must join the respective colleges before 3:00 PM on 30.08.2025. Information regarding the allotment is available on the students' homepage. Students who have received an allotment must take a printout of the allotment memo from their homepage. A copy of the allotment memo should be kept for future reference.
Allotted students can download the Data Sheet by clicking on the Data Sheet menu in their homepage. The Data Sheet and allotment memo, along with the applicable documents mentioned in the prospectus, must be presented to the college authorities at the time of admission. The student's name, roll number, allotted course, college, allotted category, and fee details are recorded on the student's allotment memo.
Students who have received allotment are required to remit the fees shown on the allotment memo, payable to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (if applicable), through online payment by 2:00 PM on 30.08.2025, and must secure admission in the allotted colleges before 3:00 PM on 30.08.2025.
Allotments of students who fail to remit the fees/additional amount (if applicable) and secure admission in the colleges within the stipulated time will be cancelled. All students who have currently received an allotment must secure admission in the allotted colleges by 3:00 PM on 30.08.2025. For information related to admission, students should contact the college to which they have been allotted.
