KSRTC SWIFT Driver cum Conductor Recruitment
Applications are invited for the post of Driver cum Conductor in KSRTC SWIFT Ltd on a contract basis.
KSRTC SWIFT, a Kerala Government establishment, is looking for candidates to operate its buses. Successful applicants will be engaged on a contract basis, adhering to the service and salary conditions stipulated by KSRTC SWIFT. A security deposit of ₹30,000 (thirty thousand rupees) is required, which will be held for the duration of the contract. This amount will be refunded upon resignation or completion of service at 56 years of age, after deducting any damages caused.
Existing KSRTC employees who agree to the service conditions of KSRTC SWIFT are also eligible to apply. The security deposit is not applicable to current KSRTC employees.

Daily Wage
₹715 (Additional hourly wage: ₹130) Incentives and allowance will be provided

Detailed Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications and Experience
1.1 Candidates must possess a Heavy Driving License as per the MV Act 1988. If selected, a conductor's license must be obtained from the Motor Vehicles Department within a specified time.
1.2 Must have passed 10th class from a recognized board/institution.
1.3 Minimum of five (5) years of driving experience in heavy passenger vehicles with more than thirty (30) seats.
1.4 Age: 24 to 55 years as of the last date of application.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
2.1 Knowledge of vehicle operations and the ability to identify and repair minor vehicle faults is preferred.
Other Conditions
3.1 Must have the health and eyesight to work 10 hours per day as per M.V. Act regulations. Certificates from a government doctor not below the rank of Civil Surgeon and an ophthalmologist are required.
3.2 Must have knowledge of basic arithmetic for a conductor.
3.3 Must be able to read and write Malayalam and English.
3.4 Selected candidates must enter into a specified contract with KSRTC - SWIFT and submit a demand draft of ₹30,000/- in the name of Chairman & Managing Director KSRTC - SWIFT as a refundable security deposit without interest.
3.5 Those who successfully complete the training must serve KSRTC SWIFT for two years (not less than 240 duties per year). Otherwise, the security deposit of ₹30,000/- will not be refunded.
3.6 Selected candidates must submit a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from their local police station within 10 days.
